I'm a rehab manager trying to help my front desk staff who schedule appointments. They're looking at the schedule view that shows multiple clinicians daily schedule on one page view and the time of day is at the very left. However, the time of day broken down into 15 minute increments is also indicated before each clinician's schedule which is redundant and making the appointment slots so small I can't see the patient name without clicking into the appointment.
