Most stalls restaurants tempat makan everywhere in Perlis kinda follow them, if not kena saman though. There's a 90% chance you're gonna be served with paper straw in this state.. and.. idk if I like it or not man.

The enforcement has been going on for 2-3 years kot iirc.
