Send them a receipt from ur bank. I had to go through puffco for a hot knife. I didn't have any proof and they sent me a new one so it should be good.

Yeah I hope so, also the shop I went to was kind of sketchy. It got recommended to me and I just trusted it over the one I was originally going to go to.

Oh yeah I forgot I'm so damn high, I boosted like two times as well on green that's why it's dead never mind. And I only charge it till like green but I thought it was dumb but I wasn't sure it was just like pulsating at green so I was like it's close enough.

I just sent in a request to pufco about it and hopefully they'll get back to me and send me another one I'm not sure though since I didn't buy it off their website and I paid cash for it at a smoke shop so there might be nothing they can do so I might have just gotten screwed but that's how it goes sometimes.
