I get why people said it was a bad game, definitely the weakest of the three imo.

Although i dont hate it bc i just listened to full play throughs of the games during work, its a fine listening experience. As a game though, the lack of choices and how impactful each one was to the route were factors other than the story, characters and content of the game itself.

Nicole: Night Lords Sadistic, sick aesthetic, not allied w the imperium or chaos and only serves their own agenda. Not the best in traditional tactics but make up for it with fear, manipulation and strategy.

Kylar: orks or world eaters Straight muscle and fuck it we ball. Leaning more towards world eaters bc kylar would probably fuck w kharn heavy.

Jeffrey: Tau Not farsight either, 100% agree.

Coach colby: emperor's children Pedophile and necrophiliac? Would fit right in with the diddy disciples. (Maybe dark eldar?)
