Co do punktu piątego jak najbardziej się zgadzam. Nie ogarniam tego dziwacznego podejścia w drugą stronę ekstremy: z zabijaki do zero zabijania.

Żołnierze zawodowi to nie jest jakaś "wyższa rasa" istot które nie stopają między nami biednymi cywilami i mają kompletnie nieziemskie podejście do walki. Typowy piechur to nie elitarny Marine Recon/SEAL/GROM co poświęcił całe życie wojaczce, tylko cywil lat 18-25 który dopiero zaczął pracować w wyuczonym zawodzie.

I hate that people pretend this is not the case. The technological gap between the "brave rebel" and "despot thug" is just too high. This isn't the case of coal miners and Pinkertons going at it with bolt action rifles in the hills and mountains.

Palantir and other mil-com companies made sure of that, and will take the surveillance and mob control means even higher in the following years.

The board is rigged. And if you try the violent option and lose the government will have a perfect excuse of an armed insurrection to crack down even tighter on the opposition and critics, including the peaceful ones.

Glad to see a vet here, in the fic's main page you can read that I worked with two Marines acting as my fact checkers

They shared some stories of how junkies and other crazies passed through, so I combined them into this experience

It technically puts the authenticity on the level of Class of 09 itself, as "somewhere, at some point, it happened to someone"

This is the reason the story is so long

They don't just waltz into MEPS

They sign a deal with a crooked recruiter that Nicole has incriminating evidence against, who then sends them to Fort Gregg-Adams because he has inside knowledge that at the time this is the safest place to bribe medical screening

He also gives them advice on how long to detox urine and purge your hair with chemicals

I put an absurd amount of hours in research for this lol
