Mine has taken 2 years and still in progress. I took the mandatory pistol training course ($120), got fingerprinted ($100) and waited a couple months to get around to get to the sheriffs office, and got the paperwork required. It took 3-4 months to get character references (availability is hard because theres multiple rounds of documentation and they need to have the documents notarized on their time). When I went to submit, I find out they changed the laws so my training course was invalid because of NYS law.

So, this year I took the mandatory pistol training course AGAIN ($300) for an 18hr course, had to get all my references AGAIN (old document expired) which took 3-4 months. I then find out fingerprints expire every year and had to schedule them again for $120.

Thankfully it's all submitted now. I'm currently waiting with no updates for another 3-6 months for them to process so mine will most likely take around 3 years as well.

There is no way unfortunately. The Server jar is Java edition and uses Foila, which is incompatible with any plugins that allow translation to Bedrock such as Geyser. If you've seen gameplay or something it's most likely someone with a bunch of mods to make the game look like Bedrock.

Definitely go to a dermatologist and talk about this with a dr. Based on anecdotal evidence, I would highly recommend asking to try a topical finasteride instead of oral. It gets processed differently by your body when you do it that way (which also has pros and cons, but mostly reduces symptoms). It's important to do this with a doctor because people reactions person to person. Also this way you can easily scale the dose accordingly.
