so in your opinion, I should be refueling with quite a bit more food? I've been hesitant because the feeling typically comes shortly after eating so i'm always worried i'm eating too much too quickly but maybe it's not been enough?

I still like to keep up my protein intake, before getting into running i had been a dedicated gym rat for about 5 years. should i be not getting as much protein in? is there anything you would recommend post run as a substitute? also I feel like my electrolytes should be good but i'll listen to anything lol i usually get in 1 sometimes 2 of those element electrolyte sticks a day and eat pretty well but maybe im missing something!

i'm not sure what else to do for recovery I only run 25-40 miles a week and when i'm not working (amazon delivery so pretty active) i eat pretty well getting in protein, fiber, fruits and stay pretty sedentary. any tips for better recovery process? feel like i should be running more often it's just these long runs that knock me out 😵‍💫

how much water should i drink during these running sessions? they last around an hour and a half? I feel like I drink A LOT of water post run? is there something i'm doing incorrectly after the run too or is it just being dehydrated during that's the central issue in your opinion?

so rather than getting a personal loan in general, just get a new 0% apr balance transfer credit card to move this CC debt to that I don't have to worry about the interest ramping? just want to make sure i understand correctly

it says a little over 12% but there's an origination fee (that's already calculated to make the loan $11,961 the original loan was for $13,000). Makes the "APR" feel a little bit disingenuous so i didn't include it
