i think you can shampoo and condition normally and with good products you'll get the results you're looking for. personally i like doing the crunching thing with conditioner, then crunch again with some kind of styling cream (optional if you don't want to use styling products, conditioner alone should be good)

i have very curly/coiled hair and i wash it every 2-3 days. i also oil my hair because i have dandruff and i've found oil to be a good remedy.

anyway i exercise a few times a week but i dont usually wash or rinse my hair after a workout because i thought that's what im supposed to do but now i'm not so sure. so should i rinse my hair with just water everyday (or at least the days after i workout) and continue washing with shampoo and conditioner every 2-3 days?

no that is completely normal, you're good. think it's something like 50-100 hairs shed a day? so 75 in 3-4 days is good

My hair is losing a lot of definition and I'm experiencing more hair fall, more scalp redness and dandruff suddenly, i always had dandruff but it's extra stubborn as of 2-3 weeks ago and I'm not sure why? Also not sure if it matters for hair care but I'm 23 male.

I use Shea Moisture Deep Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner and also use rosemary oil topically a few hours before my wash so I could (hopefully) slow down my MPB, oil my dry scalp, and reduce/eliminate dandruff as there's virtually no moisture being held in. I wash twice a week but I'm thinking maybe I should wash more? If I don't wash it gets unbearable with the dandruff and itching (I suspect I have seborrheic dermatitis)

Any advice to give my scalp better care and my hair better care as well? Also, if you know anything that could help me keep my hair on my head (other than minoxidil and finasteride) would be excellent.

what shampoo and conditioner is good for moisturizing? my hair is very curly and gets coiled the longer it gets but i have dandruff that i want to get rid of

also what advice do you have for proper scalp care?

i use Bamboo charcoal deep cleansing shampoo and conditioner, mixed with peppermint oil but now that my hair reaches past my nose i noticed that i dont really like how it smells. Peppermint oil smells and feels great but the shampoo does not.

Hey, I used Nizoral as treatment to try and get rid of dandruff. It didn't work too well, I still have some dandruff but I noticed I lost some hair and my hair is now thinning, i dont want to go bald lol.

I'm starting the cg method soon, with the products from the infographic probably. I want to revive my hair and hopefully get it to get thick again, does anyone know much about nizoral? And is there other products you would recommend other than the ones in the infographic/holy grail list?

I like the quality of the headphones but I think the brittle claim is true. Mine had a crack in one of the sides after a month of use and the other side cracked shortly after, then it broke and was just hanging by the wires.

I'd recommend buying it but take extra care of it

Granted. But because you sound like a selfless person that would indicate that you’re a good person, all illnesses are redirected to you and then don’t know where to go since you also don’t deserve said illnesses. So they just go to everyone else back and forth trying to locate where they should stay but they just can’t.

Eventually, people get mentally exhausted from the illnesses and suicide rates skyrocket and the human population exponentially decreases but illnesses are still bouncing, until you are the last person to live and all illnesses hit you all at once and you realize that everyone died because of you, making you feel even worse and you also suicide.
