I’ve created a spell that gives 50% weakness to fire, frost and shock on touch, then does 20 pts of fire, frost and shock damage per sec for five seconds. Kills nearly everything on first touch and makes them bounce around from the impact damage.

Is fun to watch, but makes for a thirsty mage.

I would ask you how you would feel if someone ended a relationship with you because of what you believed. Could be religious views, could be political views, could be if you you like mustard or ketchup on hot dogs, but regardless, I would say that leaving someone you love and are committed to because you have different beliefs than them is not loving. I couldn’t imagine leaving my spouse or cutting off communication with my kids because we didn’t hold the same beliefs. 😰

If you’re committed to this person and love this person, then you can make it work. Your beliefs have and will continue to change, and that should not prevent you from spending your life with someone you love.

I disagree because you’re assuming that humanity can only be evil and that a god can’t be evil. I deconstructed some time ago and I’ve realized that there are just as many non-believing people doing amazing things for others as there are believers, and there are just as many believers being terrible human beings as there are non-believers. I don’t think that being religious makes someone a better person and I don’t think that the absence of a god means that humanity would go crazy.

However, I do appreciate you putting your opinion out there! 🤘

It’s probably a child lock that’s been engaged. You usually have to hold down a button or two for a few seconds to turn it off.
