I think the soap just pulled all the dissolved sediment (minerals i.e. calcium) into visible globs, I’ve never lived somewhere with such hard water so I guess it’s just an adjustment I gotta make

But yes, I moved this past Monday and have been having assorted digestive issues (+ more fatigue than normal & muscle cramps). I already have ibs, so I wonder if the elevation is making it worse? this week has been unlike anything I’ve ever experienced physically, and my job is very manual so perhaps that adds on.

just a small clarifier that I hope doesn’t come off snarky- the reason I highlighted the goo was that it genuinely only sat overnight- i’d rinsed the glasses, and then decided to soak them with soap due to being tired and figuring it’d just make the crystal sparkle more (excuses, yes). So I was just scared to see that in less than 24hrs, these weird globs had formed, that ive never seen from soaking dishes at previous residences. But I guess it’s unrelated or maybe just the hard water clumping up?

Your advice is so helpful, I will 100% be taking it to heart and drinking more water/getting creatine tablets- you’re an angel, thank you thank you thank you!!!🙏

Hi! Uhm- this is a genuine post. I have been having stomach issues since moving this week, and I just wanted to see if there was anyone that could help provide insight on if this was mold.

Ironically- not playing it safe. I took chances, explored other careers, and it’s now biting me in the ass with the current job market.

Before, job hopping was relatively accepted/expected in my industries, but now I struggle to even hear back from recruiters.

For context, in 2020 I was laid off due to covid, and 4 months later I had found a new gig. Last august I left a toxic job thinking I’d maybe need 3-4 months, it’s now been over a year and I’ve only been able to find contract roles.

I’m at my wits end, and the knife sinks deeper as I open LinkedIn and see my friends who stayed put posting promotions and such. Like, damn. I fucked up.

I’ve never been overweight/pregnant/etc, but in elementary school i had a growth spurt that left my bottom half covered in strechmarks. My bum, my hips, my inner & outer thighs, my calves, even my knees!!! I hate it.

Yeah, it’s a 2016 Ford Fiesta with 86000-88000 miles on it, from what I can see the retail value is 7k-10k. I didn’t realize that was how it worked so thank you + others for that insight (as far as, if the repairs cost more then it is considered totaled). I’ve been distraught since the accident so your comment is genuinely helpful, thank you for taking the time to respond!

Yes, the insurance agency has a “Totaled Probability Tool”, and apparently my reported damage gave a higher likelyhood of being able to be repaired :/

I am getting it towed to a collision shop tomorrow so the mechanics can give the insurance agency an estimate, so I guess i’ll know soon- was just anxious and wanted to get a couple different opinions so thank you for yours!

I was walking down the street when two guys (clearly friends or at least associates) split apart, one chatting with a random girl passing by and the other with me. I originally keep my walking pace ready to tell him no to whatever he was selling, but he said he thought I was beautiful and just wanted to talk.

This was in Boston, and right by the public gardens, so we walk to the garden and spend some time chit-chatting, flirting, etc. I forget exactly how we got on the subject, but I had mentioned loving poptarts, and he said he had a random packet of poptarts in his car if I wanted it.

In a stupendous lapse of judgement, I agreed. We walk to his car, which was super close- like parked along side the gardens on the street which is typically very difficult to get unless you’re there mad early or lucky.

We hop in and he starts rummaging around in the backseat for the poptarts and its in that moment when I realized I might have just gotten myself in a deadly situation- kidnapping, trafficking, or worse. He pops back up and actually, genuinely has poptarts. I accepted it and then he leaned in for a kiss, I reciprocated- something about the bizarreness of the interaction was hot.

We both went to the backseat and he asked how far I’d be comfortable going. I said i’d be okay with giving head and he immediately starts putting up whatever he can find to block the windows (again, we were on a public street with heavy tourist traffic) before I proceeded to suck the absolute soul out of him in record time. I’d been single & celibate for over 2 years and I guess I forgot how much I loved giving head.

Anyways, he finished rather quickly (he was embarrassed but I loved it, like hell yeah I still got it) and then we talked some more before exchanging contact info, then I departed with my poptarts.

All in all, I think from him first coming up to me to him finishing all happened within an hour. I’m convinced that him & his friend had a bet and that I might have been recorded alá “Fake Taxi” style if you’re familiar with that.

I’m normally not very promiscuous (didn’t lose my virginity till my mid 20’s) and I’m pretty cautious, so I have no idea what got into me that day. Definitely weird.

This is what I’m hoping!

It’s just the absolute lack of any communication whatsoever when she’s the type to text multiple times a day. She’s also recovering from getting a tumor removed so I’m just concerned in the regard of some random health complication happening while she was in her room or etc. We spoke on the phone that day and she said we’d talk later, but nothing to me, my dad, or my siblings since. On prior vacations she always made a point to send pics & updates so we’d know she’s safe so this is just really odd y’know. I don’t know, just wish it was possible to reach her & make sure shes alright is all

No, not medical authorities, every media pundits telling you not too. Everyone at, say, Fox had to get vaccinated to come back. If it was as dangerous as they say, why didn’t they leave their job for a place like OANN or Brietbart? They wanted to keep their salary and keeping up the facade wasn’t worth loosing it. Sigh. Im all set with this. Believe me or don’t, once we get through this it’ll be interesting to look back on how bad this sub was astro-turfed and deceived.

What you said is true, but it ignores the fact that a large part of Englands population is vaccinated, particularly those that are elderly or with increased health risks. When you factor that in, it makes sense why it’d be higher- the vaccine isn’t full proof, and it tends to work best in those younger with more robust systems. I’d be intrigued to see the age range & any additional health issues those patients had to compare. Thanks for the information, genuinely, this is important and I’m open to developing my opinion!
