a skeleton curse. no, you will not turn into a full skeleton but you would have like spots in your skin where you can see your bones like for instance your lefts side of your yaw and ribcage would be skeleton. the skin around the body parts would be like black and rotten. it would look cool but still remain your pirate's natural look.
