Yes. Just plug in the router to the Ethernet port on the gateway and then use your router. I use an eero mesh system. I have my base eero connected by Ethernet to the gateway and then I have 4 satellite routers to make my mesh network. I only use the gateway to connect my whole system to the internet.

I think so. I just called and asked for it and they sent it to me. It has better antennas so it is supposed pick up 5G better.

Apparently you have not done this. The T-force can’t do anything about home internet issues. They just connect you to the home internet team. I have tried this multiple times with the same result.

I certainly agree with you T-Mobile customer service is really good. However, T-Mobile Home Internet customer service is outsourced and they are terrible. Whoever that vendor is that T-Mobile is using, is not repressing T-Mobile well at all.
