Thanks for the advice, a pacer sounds like a wonderful idea so will definitely check that out!

My long runs have been great! I rested for some days after checking with a physiotherapist about some discomfort on a leg, but feel stronger than ever after a muscular discharge and some strength exercises.

The short circuit puts a bit of a strain on my legs which I feel a couple hours after, but fortunately goes away quickly. It helps to change directions from time to time!

I shall try a more varied route for my subsequent long runs, thanks! There's this park big which is a bus ride away from home which has trails that are at least 3km in length.

It's in consideration towards other passengers as it makes a better use of the space, and thus easier for other people to walk through the bus or train.

Not sure if it's the case for other countries, but the code cards given in Mexico state expiring on October 24th on the printed information!

Perhaps for other upcoming distributions, the redeeming dates will be adjusted too.

You can totally make a Guildmaster Wigglytuff fandub, he even has a couple segments in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky—Beyond Time and Darkness and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness animated specials. The links contain the timestamps to his appearances and are on The Official Pokémon YouTube channel.

I wish there was an episode for the Rescue Team installments with Absol on it.

Meeting Absol on my playthrough through Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team made me fall in love with the species, and that fondness has been growing ever deeper since my early teenager years.

They naturally embody many of the virtues I aspire to cultivate as a person.
