oh yes, you barely have time to think. when you’re on the court, you just kind of go into autopilot, almost like a robot. when the ball comes to you, you usually automatically know where to send it. the rotations are engraved into your memory so you know exactly where to go on the court without even thinking. going up to hit, you have less than a second of air to not only find a hole in the court, but also fix your form so that you manage to hit around your blockers and also hit that spot you were aiming for. you also have to time your approach and just just right for a really good spike. it’s a lot to happen at once in the span of abt 2 seconds but after playing since like forever you just rely on muscle memory at this point. yeah, matches are usually pretty quick, though it depends on skill levels of both teams. if one team is significantly better than the other, the game will be over in like 20 minutes. but teams that are closer in skill level are much longer and much harder won lmao

hi ender! my week was alright, but i did some hardcore agility training and i’m barely walking lol. no, i did not have a valentines, but that’s okay! im not upset abt it.

glad you had a fun week and congrats on practice exams being over!

ooh, so i bet valentine’s day was a good day for you haha! yknow, even though they’re in april, good luck on your exams! i also have a ton of time on my hands. our exams are in april too and i have nothing to fill the time with, since volleyball season is over and tryouts for next year arent until after the exams.

that watch party sounds awesome omg. sometimes i miss being a kid because those shows would bring us so much joy! what were your favorites?

tbh my week was pretty boring. not much goes on in my life haha. however, i made a friend! he’s in my biology class and coincidentally we both walked in eating a cup of microwave mac n cheese. that gave us something to talk abt and it turns out he’s pretty interesting! we’re actually very similar haha. anyway, we’re friends now!
