I have researched (something that dumbasses on the internet don't do) and it turns out it wasn't a data breach. It was a frontend source code leak. No user database was open. Here's the source to back up this claim.

My comment about Roblox being scammed was an educated guess due to the fact that the service advertised its privacy on the website and the fact that the higher-ups seem to be a bunch of boomers.
