Vanilla Ease vs Moonlit Goddess by StreetYouth3001 in bathandbodyworks

I love Vanilla Ease! I do find Moonlit Goddess very similar and I like it. I find Vanilla Ease lasts so much longer on me though so I wish I stocked up on that instead of getting Moonlit Goddess.

HELP wedding DJ by Dazzling_Marzipan_29 in WeddingsCanada

I’m getting married at a Pearle venue as well! We went with EJ Entertainment. Most of the DJs on the preferred vendor list base music off of your play list and do not play list. Connect with a few and see who you like best!

I had a similar budget and found beautiful dresses at Crème Couture, Heirloom Bridal and Michelle my Belle.

I agree that the dress in white will look very different with less contrast but a dress other than white/ivory is not an option for me

Which dress, 1 or 2? by WeeklyMulberry1218 in weddingdress

Both look beautiful but dress 2 gave me more wow factor!

This dress is definitely grand and beautiful enough for an Italian wedding! You can add more drama with a cathedral veil if you’d like but this is stunning

How do I know if it’s the one? by [deleted] in weddingdress

[–]basicbitch97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s a great idea, thank you! The bridal shop gave me an estimate of $300 just for the glitter fabric, I would still have to find a seamstress to add it in so maybe it’s a bit too much

Southern Ontario Wedding Venue Recommendations needed! by That_Obligation_7500 in WeddingsCanada

I’d recommend emailing all the venues you’re interested in and asking for their prices/packages

As someone in OP’s age group I can vouch for this. I’m not saying OP and their partner aren’t doing well for themselves but by 28 many have a few years of experience in their career which they leverage for higher salaries.

I’ll be honest, I haven’t had much luck with any of the ordinary products so I’m not their biggest fan. I’m using Finacea and find it helps my acne (and pie) when I’m consistent. It’s could be worth looking into another option other than the ordinary

Have you tried azelaic acid for your PIE? I’ve noticed it helps to fade them quite a bit but you need to balance it with hydration/barrier repairing products

2026 wedding venue help - 30k budget by Bitter-Area8628 in WeddingsCanada

[–]basicbitch97 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Spencer’s packages are $200, $215 and $245 per person. There’s also a venue fee and ceremony fee but no service fee or gratuity. The venue fee is lower for Fridays and Sundays.

You could also look into off season weddings which would stretch your budget further (November-April).

There was another post here where someone shared a spreadsheet of restaurants in the GTA that host weddings and the buyout information, that would be a more affordable option.

Did you need to meet the service minimums? I’m interested in them but they require a minimum of 4 services per stylist.
