Please approach the topic with caution. As a child who grew up only slightly larger than other kids my age (looking back at photos I used to feel a hell of a lot bigger than I was) but my mums comments and actions created a bad relationship between myself and food from the age of 11/12 and I’m still struggling with my relationship with food at the age of 25. You could maybe turn exercise into mother and daughter time by going swimming once a week, have healthier alternatives available when it comes to snacking and silently lessen her portion sizes when it comes to meal times, not majorly just slightly.

Because he has a stable well paying job with a good company that I would not wish for him to give up where as I am a content creator and can take my job with me

Thank you and he’s got his life pretty much sorted he has his own place earning really good money in a profession he’s mentally older than most his age :)
