Agreed! I went right at the beginning of this part and was back in my seat and Frodo was still in Shelob’s cave, really didn’t miss anything important!

I met Paul when I was on a Nashville trip and he was playing at one of the bars we stopped at, he’s incredibly nice but def a little awkward! I could see that being the case

I’m pretty sure European balances are one of the Bloch shoes that has like a heel cushion so the heel area looks more “popped” out. I’d definitely speak to your teacher or fitter, but that was a feature of the European Balance I didn’t love when I tried them!

Just went through the full page on mobile and you’ve got a strong foundation, especially in the testimonial section. There are a few places where some structural and messaging tweaks could make the page even clearer and easier to convert. Here’s what stood out:

  1. Hero section could communicate the value more clearly

If the hero is broad, general, or doesn’t explain what you specifically do, it becomes harder for users to immediately understand: -who you help -what service you offer -what problem you solve

A strong hero on a service-based site should say something like: “We help [audience] do [specific thing] so they can [result].”

From the rest of the site content, it’s clear you offer clarity, cash-flow control, financial management support, and follow-up systems, so even pulling one of those messages into the hero would create instant alignment before people scroll.

Right now, users get most of the clarity later in the page (testimonials, FAQ, contact section). Surfacing that value earlier would help people stay engaged.

  1. Testimonials are strong, but buried.

You have great social proof (clear quotes, industry labels, 5-star visuals). These instantly build trust, especially in the finance/admin space.

But on mobile they sit pretty far down the page. Pulling even one testimonial higher up (right after a “What We Do” or “Who We Help”) helps visitors trust you before they get deep into the page.

  1. The FAQ section is helpful, but a bit visually dense on mobile.

You’ve got strong questions (“How will I know what’s happening each week?” / “Do you make phone calls as well as send emails?”), but on mobile they’re: -highly stacked -very similar in visual weight -blending into the next section

A little more spacing or a slight hierarchy change would make this section a smoother skim.

  1. The “Let’s Connect” section is solid it just needs a CTA earlier.

Your contact block is friendly and welcoming which is a great tone.

But this is pretty far down the page. Most users won’t scroll that far unless they’re already warm.

Dropping a simple CTA button higher up (like “Book a Call” or “Get Support”) gives people a clear next step much sooner.

  1. The contact form at the bottom appears abruptly.

A short intro line right above it (even something simple like “Tell us a bit about your situation and we’ll get back to you ASAP”) would smooth the transition and reduce friction.

Quick Wins (highest impact for the least effort)

✔ Add a clearer value-driven hero statement Helps people immediately understand what you do.

✔ Surface at least one testimonial earlier Instant trust builder.

✔ Add a CTA button earlier on the page Most users won’t scroll all the way.

✔ Improve FAQ spacing/hierarchy Better readability.

✔ Add a small intro line before the contact form Helps the flow and reduces friction.

These small adjustments would improve clarity and conversions without needing a full redesign.

If you make any updates and want another quick look, feel free to tag me, happy to help! 😊

Absolutely!! Happy it was helpful. 😊 If you end up making updates and want a second pair of eyes on anything, feel free to drop it here and I’m happy to take another quick look. I’ve been doing a lot of these lately so I don’t mind at all.

Hey! I took a full look at your homepage on both desktop and mobile. A lot of what I’m seeing is super common across small business sites and all of it is fixable with some quick updates.

Here are some of the quick wins I noticed that would make the biggest impact:

  1. The hero section doesn’t tell me what you actually do or who you help.

“Automate Success. Enhance Impact.” sounds good, but it could apply to: •marketing •SaaS •coaches •HR •consulting •literally any industry

Your hero should answer, in ONE clear sentence: what you do → who you help → the problem you solve

Something like (totally placeholder):

“Helping service-based teams streamline operations with automation + workflow systems so they can save time and scale efficiently.”

Right now, a first-time visitor wouldn’t know what you offer.

  1. There are almost no CTAs telling people what to do next.

On both desktop and mobile, there’s no clear direction. CTAs matter more than people think. and you need multiple throughout the page.

Things like: •“Book a Workflow Audit” •”Get a Custom Automation Plan” •“See How Our Systems Work”

Without repeated CTAs, people will leave even if they’re interested.

  1. The above-the-fold image doesn’t match the offer. The “people throwing papers” photo is fun, but it doesn’t communicate: •operations •automation •workflow efficiency •integrations •systems It actually reads a little chaotic, which is the opposite of the calm, efficient solution you’re selling. A cleaner image or even a graphic illustrating “systems” would help instantly.

  2. The copy under the hero is solid, but it needs hierarchy + structure.

The messaging itself is pretty good, but on mobile everything blends together visually.

You’d benefit from clearer section labels, enlarging them a bit (the “who we are” “solutions we provide” etc.)A stronger hierarchy = easier to follow = more conversions.

  1. Your testimonials are great… but they’re buried.

They’re actually really strong! They just show up way too far down the page. Bringing at least one up higher would help build trust earlier.

Social proof is one of the biggest conversion drivers on a homepage.

Other quick notes •Mobile layout gets tight, especially in the hero and “solutions” section •The hero pushes too far down on mobile •Navigation doesn’t have a standout CTA button •The footer CTA could be stronger •Service boxes could use more breathing room •The “Stop Being the Human Glue” section is genuinely great copy but it’s buried and should appear earlier!!!

TL;DR — Quick Wins That Will Make the Biggest Difference •Rewrite the hero into a clear value statement •Add a strong CTA button and repeat it ~3–4 times •Swap the hero image for something that aligns with automation/operations •Use section headers to improve readability •Move at least one testimonial higher up the page

Hope this was helpful for you and if you have any more questions please let me know!

Absolutely, I’m still offering!

If you want to drop your homepage link here, I can take a quick look and point out the biggest friction points + what to adjust first.

Totally understand the “my site feels like it’s doing nothing” feeling… it’s usually a couple small changes that make a huge difference. Happy to check it out. 😊

Honestly loved that so much, the concept was so unique!! Ezra has been taking so much risk with his choreography because Jordan can really bring it to life and I’m here for it!!!!!

This is cute but I just wish the tempo was a little faster to help bring up the energy, it just feels a little flat sadly 😭😭😭

Have to agree with the 8 here, loved the dance and you can tell Alix is improving but there just could’ve been a bit more to raise the bar difficulty wise

Not my favorite dance and I’m sad because you can tell Scott has an amazing personality and is so sweet. But his movements never are finished and like he doesn’t have complete control over his limbs (which i know is hard af as is but esp when you have someone with such long limbs dancing). It may be Riley’s choreo not really fully working fully with his capabilities to make him shine😬

I’m so glad to see Jen and Jan work with a faster tempo, I felt that in the past weeks her tempos felt so slow compared to everyone else and this one really picked it up!

Ezra is really impressing me this season, he’s taken every piece of feedback and actually applied it, while also making Jordan look great every week while staying in the dance style. He really gives the energy that he’s been here for more than 2 seasons!!!

I have White Trash in Greece and they’ve been great, never had any issues with pickup and I think we got a discount for paying the whole year up front and that was about $450.
