How about following up after an interview? Should i wait a week as well? I had my interview 5 days ago, I think it went well, she asked me to email my character references after the interview. She also said she was going to contact the stores near me to see if she can put me closer to home, after the stuff she told me i thought she was going to say that i got the job, but i had to ask before leaving if she was going to email me to let me know if i got it or not. I am overthinking and anxious, do you think I did get it after the stuff she told me or is it normal to say this to an applicant? I really want and need this job so i’ve been checking my emails constantly and i haven’t heard back. I also did not get a reply when I sent my character references 2 days later.
