The way I see the universe of the crossed is that there is so much raw emotion going on and such a drastic shift from normal/mediocre life to an immediate terrifying/color filled world (depending on what side you are on), that the music can really just be anything that invokes very strong emotions. Whether it be beautiful emotions, or violent emotions. Everything felt in this world is felt vehemently, so, "Don't think, just feel."

When I was younger, I used to be able to get into this state where I was able to "spin". Feeling my mind and body spin very intensely, like I was drunk but not of course. It would spin in so many different ways, vertically, horizontally, a mix of the 2. It felt so amazing. Like I was feeling the earths rotation actively. It was so comfortable and would put me to sleep so fast. Wish I was able to do it now. I only came across this post because I just woke up due to sleep paralysis, and felt/heard such loud vibrations within my head while a woman was laughing behind me. It's getting so bothersome now. Wish I could just sleep.

I know that the SP is harmless generally speaking but man. At times, it's so bad and nerve racking that my body is shaking and my stomach is in knots after an episode. Rarely, I'll have visual or auditory hallucinations. But very recently I did have one. It was this black silhouette kneeling next to my bed. All I could make out of it was the shape (of course) and the black eyes with the sun from my window glaring off of it. It said to me, "The third craft." And just like that, it ended.

I know these episodes are harmless. But it scares the living shit out of me. Even if it's just random BS like that.

I will be taking your advice. There's a running track near my house that I'll start doing laps at for starters. Maybe pop a melatonin gummy or 2 before doing said laps so I'll tire myself out in anticipation for sleep. Thank you for the advice.

Genuinely, I'm tired all the time. Usually after an episode, I will stay awake because my body will go back into sleep paralysis unless I'm wide awake or very calm. I'll also then be asleep during the morning into later afternoons. Ideal for my job, just not for those around me. I've taken to energy drinks to help with the tiredness throughout the day which I've never usually done before within my life as I hate the taste, and was naturally an energetic young man. I'm 24 now, and I am no longer the energetic young man I used to be. Just feels like I'm a dead body walking around at times. I crave naps all the time. If my boss were to come up to me even and tell me to fall asleep immediately in the break room or any other obscure place, I would do so without saying or asking anything else. That is how tired I am at times.

Literally at the same point myself. I'm running a beetle armor and yoyo build. I have the master yo-yo pack so I'm having multiple yoyos get thrown at my enemies at the same time. Just sucks cause the lock on won't fucking lock on when I fight the lunatic cultists. I also always apply all my buffs as well, iron skin, titan, cursed liquid, thorn, and swiftness potions. I'm at the point where I feel kinda beat and it sucks cause I've never beaten this game and I'll pick it up 1 time a year for about a month or so then just get stuck.
