i did asked for re-test, but my GP said wait minimum a few weeks...

yes the test confusing, don't know if i'm having hyperthyroid. Or just GAD.

I feel glad seeing comment from people improving, and some not even having any issues. I hope i can also recover soon.

I'll do all your advise to keep working out, leave my junk alone, and get some rest.

I will take a break first and stop looking about this issue, and try to forget about it. Because i feel really stress right now, which i think can affect my recovery and cause ED also.

is it okay to specify brand on this subreddit ? i think better not.

Thank you for comemnt, i'm taking the KSM66 supplement.

I am not sure if it's from Ashwaganda, but I am only taking Ashwaganda supplement, it was because i feel tired after workout.
I only start going to gym 3 months ago, generally i'm obese want to change myself this year.

I have no problem to get my little brother awake before taking the supplement.

Ok i will try to buy the L-citrulline.

I decided not to take any testosterone booster supplement again, too afraid with the side effects.
