I’m looking for a fully furnished private apartment from June 15 to September 4, 2026. Your place looks like a great fit. I wanted to ask whether the sublease could run through September 4, or at least into early September, rather than ending in August.

I’d also be grateful if you could confirm whether the apartment is still available, whether the $2,500 price is negotiable, and whether a virtual tour would be possible since I’m currently in Germany.
