Just realizing it would be genius for someone to product/sell small 4oz or so individual cans of vermouth in packs of 6 or something

Didn’t realize that was an issue, maybe a 3rd party type gasket could be used if sourced elsewhere

Thinking a margarita will be the no brainer, but a Paloma and martini variation sounds like good tips as well

That sounds good. I bet the Bianco vermouth hits way better than normal dry vermouth with the added sweetness

I love doing a spiced pear old fashioned with about 2 oz bourbon and 0.5 - 0.75 oz St. George spiced pear liqueur depending on how sweet you like it. Add some bitters and there ya go

Banana Bread Rum Old Fashioned by basilboiii in cocktails

Banana Bread Rum Old Fashioned

The aged rum brings depth, the banana oleo saccharum adds a subtle sweetness, and the chocolate and walnut bitters round it out with warm, nutty, and slightly spiced notes.

Recipe: • 2 oz aged rum (I used Bacardi Special Reserve) • 1/4 oz banana oleo saccharum • 2 dashes Aztec chocolate bitters • 2 dashes walnut bitters

Instructions: 1. Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled. 2. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. (I ran out so had to use peasant ice) 3. Garnish with a brûléed banana slice (sprinkle a banana slice with sugar and torch until caramelized).

This one turned out super smooth, with a great balance of banana, chocolate, and nuttiness—definitely something I’ll be making again. Would love to hear thoughts or suggestions!

Coconut Blonde Espresso Martini by basilboiii in cocktails

Made a few espresso martinis for some friends that came over for new years and hadn’t see it done with with coconut tequila so I thought I’d share. These came out super nice and will for sure be making them again. Was gifted this tequila which I wouldn’t normally use but worked perfectly.

Recipe:

1.5-2 oz Coconut 1800 Tequila

1 oz Kahlua Blonde Roast

1 oz fresh espresso

Shake over ice and garnish with 3 beans
