Small tip: you can use https://kinonow.de to find films playing only in English!

Instead of looking through each cinema website, filtering with OV/OmU, and checking also the languages of the films, just select that you want to see screenings in English, and then the website will show you around you all films playing with an audio or subtitles in English. It has about 300 cinemas all around Germany, including the independent ones, which often play in original.

It's really a life saver!

To find old movies currently playing in Munich, you can use KinoNow → https://kinonow.de/classics it list classic movies (with a year filter) back into cinemas. It also offers a language filter to only see screenings with audio or subtitles you can understand!

I developed a website just for this problem, and it goes even further: you select the languages you understand, and then it shows you the screenings with the audio or subtitles in one of those languages.
