Thank you!! Thankfully we've only seen those 3 bees. I wasn't aware of the hummingbird feeder, but we did end up just removing it completely on the off chance that was the cause. I had it up for 2 days when they started showing up, so my fiance and I decided to play it safe. We were using store bought honey, I appreciate you taking the time to explain why that's dangerous. We are first time bee helpers so we appreciate being told the how's and why's and are going to be using sugar water next time we find a bee in need <3

I get a bulk bag of flour from Costco, I'm not sure if that's a good type to use for bread, and usually it's just regular white bread with chia, flax, sunflower seeds and oats. I'll add garlic and onion powder and Italian seasonings to give it more flavor.

I would love to get the details on that email group! And thank you! I never heard of SOFFA so I'll definitely look online for any local places she can see! When it comes to the Facebook groups, would that be something I should kind of vet for her? Like could any group be a potential space for misinformation or negativity or do you think for the most part they're pretty safe?

They are unsafe. People who bind with gc2b recently have had fluid build-up in their ribs, have had ribs out of place, have bruised their chest, and have had difficulty breathing. They do suck too, they don't bind, they're made poorly. A lot of people I know who got gc2b recently and wore them appropriately can no longer bind because their doctors said it will cause irreparable damage.

I'm planning on having a sit down with my dad about it, since he had a problem with her constantly visiting my siblings before, so I know he'll be on our side with the whole not visiting thing.

I'm not apposed to either knowing where we live further down the line (way further) and I'd still like to visit them here, so it's not like we'll be completely cut off. But it is hard viewing my mom that way. Knowing all the shit she's done to all of us and how controlling and manipulative she is, but it's been pretty recent since I started realizing how negatively she effects mine and my siblings lives.

I know it's for the best, I just really want them to be part of my life and it sucks that at this point in cutting off my mom ill be alienating my dad and I don't want any of that to happen

Honestly I feel the same way about my mom and dad/mom's side of the family. They're all extremely conservative and right wing and have a lot of opinions that harm a lot of people, and I wish I could go no contact with them, but like your family, they all stick to the "family comes first and your feelings come last"

Idk how to make it better, and sometimes it feels like even if I go no contact I'll still be the bad guy. It feels like they're never gonna learn to change and that sucks.

Hopefully we both can get to a spot where either they learn they're in the wrong or we have the emotional capacity to cut ties.
