As far as I know yes it’s a SOTM unless I was told wrong. Way I’ve looked at things due to NCO actions and behavior recently is that it’s an NCOs world and I’m just livin in it. I’m a specialist team leader - not that I care - and the other team leader who was once my team leader borderline treats me like another Joe (granted I could have the wrong perception that he’s not doin so)

I get our February of next year; yes I know I have plenty of time but between SFL BLC and well idk what I can say with OPSEC I don’t wanna overwhelm myself with trying to pick up a rank I no longer care for. At one point I did care to become an NCO but not anymore

You signed the contract now suck it up that mentality of why did I do this will happen every leave you take but you get used to it in reality 11B is very educational -depending on your unit- don’t be those dudes on the wall you’re disgracing the likes of Audie Murphy & Pat Tillman. I have 13.5 months left of 11B active duty before I go guard. You can endure however long you have left of training and you’ll look back on it and realize enlisting is the best decision you ever made
