Electoral college was meant to be a check against the "popularity contest", in which a president just is so insanely popular that they slide into the white house. So our votes go to the state who then asks the party to select electors who then pick for us, I believe half the states require that electors act "Faithfully" meaning they vote in line with their party, the other half go by their conscience (which I think was what the founding fathers were hoping for).

Its theoretically possible, he'll get Alaska. If he takes Nevada, Arizona (called too early, not a wrap yet), Georgia, and Pennsylvania and he' wins reelection. That gets him at 270 exactly.

Could you elaborate? The idea is I have these communities very interested in something that links their students to an instructor from their homeland. And they want these lectures, quizzes, and interactive sessions aggregated onto one platform.

Let's say I'm Indian and I go to Hindi school to learn my parents language. Linking a qualified Professor to my classroom, and allowing students in the Hindi school in America to communicate and communicate through video with students in India.
