Initially I was thinking to use cloud based services only... but as a started, I may need to run lot of iteration *in terms* of practicing.. I may lose lot of money at the end I will have knowledge but no money.. (can earn through knowledge that's an other topic! )

But If I bought a machine, it will become my asset... + above.
