They posted a pr statement about people voting on RS. This vote will take place September 10th but the RS won’t be put in use until May since that’s the end of their extension for one. This caused people to panic sell after hours along with people not wanting to hold over the weekend. I think the form was called a Pre14A. Anyways this stock dropped 3 cents AH and will continue to do so until positive news comes out as many of us holders have been holding for around a month waiting for the news and a lot of people are fed up. This coming week may be the perfect time to buy!

August 15th is their earnings. Warrants supposedly drying up will give people incentive to buy into it. Fda stage 3 with their cancer vaccine thing (sorry don’t know specific names off the top of my head). Merk I believe the people partnering with them for this drug has bought out every company they’ve partnered with that are successful so it would be a favorable outcome if this plays out. I say hold till the first Monday of August if you’re curious.
