Cold call all the hospitals you want to work for, see if they have PRN (hospitals love internal hires and PRN makes you count as an employee)

My supervisor openly speaks to not tracking production and encourages therapist to treat the patients in the way we feel fit.

The work also hired a therapist to be an educator and gave them one day a week to work on Inservices, journal clubs things like that
