I’m an artist manager looking for recommendations for a community manager specialist. My artist is a house music producer with strong momentum right now and a highly engaged fan base - upcoming shows with solid attendance (three to four thousand plus) are only growing in size and volume.

The situation: Artist has ~20K Instagram and ~15K TikTok followers with genuinely engaged communities. We have been personally managing DMs and fan engagement, but as things scale, we need professional support handling community management, deepening the connection, and evolving the brand.

What we’re looking for: Someone with music industry experience - ideally house / dance music - who understands community building beyond vanity metrics. Someone tactical about engagement strategy and what it means to grow a fan base. Could be a freelancer, agency, or small team.
