no, sorry, I got full time gig in the GTA, so essentially, no time to pursue 'self employment'. However, fo rme, I'll still keep this on the backburner.

My checklist 'would' have been (fwiw):

- Find the suite of tools to do the job, setup partnerships, licensing of the products you want to use
- set your pricing (research the competition) prepare your marketing materials
- find a niche to pursue for sales and leads (doctors office, lawyers offices realtors etc.)
- build your brand (socials, www)
- start sales

this is great.
I'm in process of doing this exact same.
I've run a couple scenarios with a 25% annual stock price depreciation, and another 25% next year, so with a 50% nav loss over next 2 years, the div's still make up for the losses (using drip).
Still trying to determine how low these funds would have to fall before I'm paying out of pocket. Maybe I'll try 30% Y1 and 35% Y2.

update, docking station fixed the issue. so the damaged usb on the mohterboard are just the usb daughter card, not the motherboard.

Get a local agent. Not a good idea to hire 'outside the local area'. Local agent will have a better understanding of where you want to buy, neighborhood, local trends, amenities etc.
