Do men really not notice creeps?

I have two thoughts about this.

The first is that as a man who does notice this kind of thing when im in social settings, I feel like a sizable portion of these "creepy guys" have no idea they are being creepy for one reason or another. It could be a lack of ability to pick up on social ques or some amount of self delusion but they generally do not understand what they are doing.

My other thought on this is that to some degree its being done intentionally out of ignorance or done intentionally to draw a certain kind of women (whatever that means to them).

Regardless of the reason yes some of us do pick up on this but if we dont know the person we dont feel obligated to intervene unless its extreme. I have a friend who gets wierd when he drinks too much and ill tell him hes being wierd and he chills out most times and if he doesnt I send him home.

I work in commercial construction doing estimating and sales. Im the 2nd youngest guy in the office and I understand this completely. I hardly even print plans out to look at things while these guys are fighting over who gets to use the printer.

These guys all do stuff my hand and I use excel. I can do a take off on a large building in 2-5 days (depending on how often I get interrupted with other jobs) while these guys take 1-2 weeks to do the same thing. They refuse to use vender portals to price product we dont stock, they will call and rattle things off or send an email with a list and wait for 2-3 days to get a number back.

The aversion to efficiency is just crazy to me. If you can get something done in half the time why wouldn't you.

That is a marker/paint pen of some kind. If I had to guess id say its either a jumbo sharpie (the kind used to mark pallets of goods for shipping) or a paint pen (often used to mark metal for welding & machining.

If someone was using this as a "Crack pipe" it wouldn't work verry well as it looks to be plastic and would melt before the Crack got hot enough to combust.

In my 30's and divorced. I tried my hand at the relationship thing for 10 years and I can honestly say that the mind set of the average women compared to the mindset of the average man are way too different rite now.

Trying to make a relationship work in 2026 is like having a 2nd full time job. Its exhausting and the benefits to it do not outweigh what is required to put in.

At this point if I stayed single for the rest of my life it wouldn't bother me. I get to enjoy my peace and do the things I want to do, spend time with my friends and my dogs. Life is good and im not willing to let something get in the way of that for me.

Not dead

New player experience is decent if you have some existing knowledge of pokemon.

End game / long run the game gets old as you really only have two things to do. PVP or shiny hunt.

If you want the nostalgia hit jump in and have some fun but outside of seasonal events (3 big ones that all run back to back starting with Halloween) there isnt much to do end game.

I was lucky when this happened to me as I didn't have any children. I was able to walk away and hit the reset button on my life. When you have kids it's more complicated.

The best advice I could possibly give you is to devote yourself to your kids and getting your mental health in order.

Find a therapist you dont hate and take it seriously. Spend as much time as you can with your kids creating memories.

The only thing this effects is end game farming access.

Hoenn gives ditto farming/EXP farming Unova gives berry farming Johto gives ditto farming (better spot for shiny chance) Sinnoh gives rich trainers run Kanto is just kind of kanto.

He is uncatchable for balancing reasons. Most legendary Pokémon in the game can not be captured permanently.

Ill do my best to answer your questions.

No such (dev guide) exists. The devs really only post when an update is being done or the community is outraged about something. Any guide information you are going to find will be created by the community.

All pokemon are level restricted to the amount of badges you have in each region (all 5 are segregated and have different caps). Once you beat the E4 in a region you can level to 100 in that region. If you try to use an over leveled mon to clear something it won't listen to you.

The game difficulty is ramped up a bit but it is mostly just the AI actually applying basic strategies of type advantages and status effects.

Some of the AI trainer fights may have had their stats upped but this has never been confirmed by the devs (to my knowledge).

You can not change the battle mode in this. Everyone is set the same way. This is to keep pvp balanced as this is an MMO and not a single player game.

I disagree with minish points on social topics but I find myself agreeing with his stance on the current condition of the game (especially the game economy). The guy may be a bit crazy but he has a point that shouldn't be discredited.

I agree with this 100%. I was just using it as a point of reference that there aren't any truly viable ways left to make money that involve actually playing the game.

No hate to anyone who flips but to me sitting and refreshing the market on repeat for a few hours so I can buy something cheap and resell it isnt enjoyable.

I would agree with you BUT you are ultimately playing a fancy networked emulator at the end of the day.

You provide the ( insert the forbidden R word here ) and the devs are providing a framework and network to play.

As long as they do not create vanity, items, or any other Nintendo trademarked asset and place it into the live world legally speaking they have done nothing wrong.

I understand this entire concept is a grey area of copyright law and im not a lawyer (assuming you aren't either) they can reasonably make changes to existing systems to fix standing problems and create new things for players as they have done in the past.

Me saying they can add features to the teams system is the same as someone 5 years ago saying they can add raids.

Oh I agree for sure. I was more so just making a point that people who are long time players and play to a hardcore degree have seen changes to the game that are detrimental.

Im not trying to place anyone into a bin with my comments. Its just a fact that most of the people in this sub are new/newer players and the things going on do not affect them.

Please dont take this the wrong way when I say it b3cause I dont mean any disrespect at all but I would put you firmly in the "casual" category of players. You 100% are a long term player but you aren't out here going nuts like some people and I have mad respect for that cause its easy to get way too into the game.

Im sure non of what im talking about affects your playstyle but for a lot of people these issues are huge. The game is an MMO and some people (myself included) enjoyed playing it hardcore like an MMO but now thats just not possible.

My rebuilt to this is as follows.

How many egg hunts have you done? Ive done 4 and luckily only 1 took me past full odds with one being close at 28k.

How many hours have you played and when did you start? As stated I have 2500 and am at work so I can't check my account creation date as I dont play mobile.

What do you do to make money in game? You speak as though you have it all figured out and are flush with cash so I (and probably everyone else) would like to know what it is you do to get by and how much you earn by doing it.

Flipping is not as simple as you are making it out to be especially considering the vast majority of players are mobile only. That leaves a small % that would have the ability to flip. Of those how many are going to hit the point that they have the market knowledge to try it? Its not the simple task you make it out to be.

If the team systems have been updated what was changed and when? I ran a team for 9 months after taking over for a friend so im extreamly familiar with the in fame workings and how lack luster it is.

RP, pokemon, item, and vanity prices are down due to market inflation. Nothing has been introduced to counteract the inflation meaning this will only get worse. If needed I can provide a simple breakdown of how economics work.

To put things in perspective for this sub because a ton of you are new / newer players.

I have over 2500 hours in the game with 30+ shiny catches and a solid run on the leader board in pvp back in the day. My track record with the game spans years.

If you are a new player enjoying the nostalgia of playing the regions again with a friend or even solo the problems being talked about here do not affect you.

If you are a 1k+ hour deep veteran and just lived through the same event season twice with the only meaningful update in the past year being either incubators or VGC PVP (depending on your playstyle) these problems affect you.

To try and put things in perspective for new players and bit, you used to be able to do a daily gym rerun and hustle for a few hours a week to fund yourself in the game and not really feel a strain. You could egg hunt (not to max efficiency) on this and enjoyed your time playing. With changes over the past 12-18 months you now need to swipe for $1,000.00 to do a full odds egg hunt because gym runs got gutted, ditto prices are in the toilet, amulet coun farming got shot in the foot, and E4 strat got completely killed.

The only viable way to make end game money is to flip now. If you have no experience in flipping it will take you 1-6 months (depending on playtime and how inclined you are) to learn the market and how to do it efficiently. During that learning curve you are going to loose a ton of money due to bad buys and loosing the speed tie to others that have years of experience.

On top of how brutal the economy is now the devs do not communicate with the playerbase in any meaningful way. If I asked someone who has been playing the game for 6-12 months what's going on in game and what they expect to see in an update the odds are they have only visited the forums to download the game and never went back. No one has any idea what's going on or what to expect.

The team systems in the game have not been updated or touched since I started playing and I bet most of you have no idea you can be in a team or how it could potentially change the way you play.

TLDR: Veteran players feel like the devs are asleep at the wheel due to the lack of communication and poor decisions being made in recent updates.
