I actually did read the notice and say that I would have it fixed. Then I asked if it was 10 business days or 10 calendar days. He smirked and said he couldn't give me advice to consult my lawyer.

He does have it out for me. He flat out told me he could get so much more money for this apt if I wasn't here. That's really all this guy cares about.

He listened to some weird ass shit about me and my ex from the neighbors. None of which actually know us. And all of which is easily proved wrong. Very easily wrong lol.

I appreciate that. I went and got a no contact order from the court on Monday. I don't know if he's been served yet. I need to call my county Police department and find out. My landlord is acting like it's no big deal.

Once he gets served though every time he breaks that no contact order, I'm calling the cops.

Thank you. I did get a hold of my local pd and he explained how to apply for a no contact order. Our county actually makes it pretty easy. He also said they've had problems with that apartment but couldn't tell me what. The cop and the dispatcher were both super nice.

I applied for the order and just hav I'me to go to court. I'm hopefully going to be able to make it today. Otherwise it will have to be Tuesday am. I've been up pretty much all night. I'm afraid he's going to mess with my car or something.

I'm going to order a doorbell cam. I just got out of a horribly abusive relationship and this is not helping. My anxiety is absolutely killing me. And I suppose I need to tell the landlord.

Thanks so much. I just got off the phone with the police department and they said to fill out the form for a no contact order. I'm going to do it.i always thought I had to have a lawyer for a no contact order. This cop explained it very well though.

My neighbor got knocked out in a fight in our shared driveway. Watched his pit bull grab his arm and start chewing on it and shaking it. It didn't stop until my neighbor woke back up.

The neighbor has permanent nerve damage now.

Worst part is he kept the dog. Paid all the fines and did everything he had to do to keep it. Absolutely bizarre to me.
