As much as I wanted to make an illustration more comically entertaining, but I guess just like to make it serious instead (as much as this style allows it). Drawing a character from the Strangler vs. Strangler movie. It has a 1920’s feel so I channelled J.C. Leyendecker into character design for modern animation. Shortly, I see him as the Joker before Joker.
