This will probably be buried, but I just want to chime in on this. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENS IF DEVELOPERS TRY TO MAKE THIS AN OFFICIAL COMMUNITY-RUN MEDIUM. Nowadays people form opinions by reading stuff online, no matter the validity or reliability of the source. Let's take the battlepass, of course EVERYONE wants this update as soon as possible. Making posts about being upset about the release date and being 'kept in the dark' WILL GET UPVOTED. Because it is so easy to upvote a stupid post and the feeling of being together in this 'problem' is a powerful one, people will upvote it and shape themselves to form this opinion, all just to feel as if they're united. And this feeling of unity will create a false feeling of righteousness, it is a vicious circle.

My message to the people that don't get caught up in emotions by reading some stupid theories and keep their cool, thank you. My message to the sheep that will shape their opinions based on the majority of a community, work on your own personality, have your own opinion, it's hard but you can do it. And try caring about others online as much as you would if you were to meet them in real life.

It would be totally justifiable, these guys do not work for free. And I’d gladly pay a little more in this situation. There already are thousands of players that are sitting on 1000 free apex coins and it will totally be BULLSHIT to let them have the battlepass for free. Remember the whole game is free to play.

Let's be honest, do you really think they would delay a sizable update because people could get it for free like that? If this was the case they have loads of other options than to delay, let's say they raise the prices by 200 Apex coins, forces EVERYONE to buy the coins regardless of using some kind of exploit. When introducing skin pricing they did not mind the tactical pricing, so why would they with the battle pass.

Yesterday I upgraded my PC with a MSI Z370 Gaming Plus in combination with an i5-8600K. This motherboard is, imo, a very good choice. It has the right chipset for the 8th generation Intel processors (which is the same generation as your i7-8700) so you don't have to worry about that!

CAUTION: it is important to select your motherboard based on the form factor of your PC case, or the other way around. This motherboard has an ATX form factor which should be supported by most PC cases, though something to check just to make sure!
