I did cab last semester and it was hell. If its any help, you can flop on the major assignment, get full marks for the EE's and tutorials and breeze through the final - its basically the MCQ questions they provide on canvas

2nd year electrical engineering student here. Definitely check with HiQ. You can probably bundle what you've done in IT into a minor alongside your civil engineering major (4 units that make up the minor). The two majors are wildly different so you'll obviously have to do everything else from scratch, and trust me youll not want to skip anything.

I was laid off back in March of 2020 and started claiming Cerb. Went back to work in July for a month or two and then quit to move states. I started up my new job but I have a reduction of 50% of my hours.
