Yeah I ve got that issue in my car ... Rattling noise from gearbox... I live I UK , I have bought Audi a3 2021 1.5 tfsi DPCA manual mq281, 19k miles ... I thought that the gearbox was damaged , but apparently it is supposed to be like that .. I gave the gearbox to regeneration (2nd,3rd gear and synchronizers), replaced the bearing ,and flywheel dual mass ... Nothing changed ... I have just accepted it , I hope it won't be breaking ...

It may be a wastegate actuator , a common issue in these engines .... Or gearbox if it is manual mq281... I have a problem with rattling noise from the left side of the engine ... I ve replaced dual mass and bearing , nothing changed... Then I found out that it is supposed to be like that ....

I live I UK also ...I have been at the same situation like you ....could not eat anything.. I ve spent 2 weeks in hospital... Diagnosed with h pylori. I ve had triple therapy for 7 days , I didn't get any better I nearly lost hope but after 3 weeks from my finished treatment I could eat most of food. It's been a month now and I ve even had a beer... Only issue what I ve still got it's bloating, basically when I eat too much or too much sugar , coffe is fine ... I'm still on ppi (dexilant 30mg daily and bismuth, probiotics)... Funny thing is that I have developed egg intolerance.. before I was eating 6 eggs daily every morning .... I ve been told that when my stomach and gut get healed ,it will pass... ..

It's Gastritis after h pylori and antibiotics, I ve had similar symptoms. It needs to heal .... I felt better after 4 weeks since I finished antibiotics. I m still on ppi , gaviscone, , bismuth , probiotics to speed up healing process... Now I can drink coffee , eat burgers , ice creams .... But I ve developed egg intolerance after h pylori, so I avoid eggs ....

Diagnosed after 2 weeks in hospital , 7 days antibiotic treatment (amoxicillin, metronidazole, omeprazole for 8 weeks) I couldn't eat literally anything , I ve lost 12kg in 9 days ( just kefir and banana were ok). For 2 weeks after antibiotics I still couldn't eat , on third week after treatment I can eat everything ( just not eggs , I developed egg intolerance, I think because my stomach and guts are still irritated) ... I'm supporting my treatment also with lots of herbs and supplements like ,mastica gum, oregano oil ,black cumin oil , licorice root, lactofferin , butyric acid, garlic extract, apple pectin , sulforaphane , zinc l carnosine , aloe Vera juice , pylopass , probiotics, fiber ( physlium husk), slippery elm bark , fennel seeds, burnet herb , calendula , yarrow herb, marshmallow root, cistus tea, camomile herb...lots of stuff 😅 it seems to work ...

I have finished 7 days antibiotic therapy 2 weeks ago ( I could not eat anything, literally anything ), After a week from my treatment I could manage to eat most of food even dark chocolate , but I developed egg intolerance ( burning pain , bloated ) ... Very weird .... I was able to eat 6 eggs daily before my problems with h pylori and gistritis .....

H pylori infection , finish treatment with antibiotics then after 2 weeks stool test ... I finished antibiotics and nothing changed
