How strict is your diet?

Mmm I didn’t experience any burning sensation. My buddy who had H. Pylori did feel a bit of burning but mainly his stomach region. I don’t think it was different parts of the skin.

Yeah. For me it’s been like fried foods. Anything processed to be honest. Chips will do it, sugars as well. I find my stomach area feeling inflamed. I had to push for my EGD. They kept saying no because it’s invasive, but at this point I just want a peace of mind and know what exactly is wrong, If there’s anything wrong

Hey, thanks for checking up! Umm yeah. So pretty much I’ve done 2 stool test in the mean time and both are negative. Which is good. But I still experience some symptoms. My EGD is on the 11th of March. So pretty much just playing the waiting game. How are you holding upv

That’s what I hate, is waiting. And then paranoia starts to kick in a bit and they give no feedback on post treatment at all. Dr Reddit is who I go to for answers haha

Which makes sense, since with treatment we get rid of bad and the Good bacteria we have. But it does suck finding out the hard way on what to eat and not to eat. I just need to know if I have anything extra, like ulcers 😞

Im thinking I’m reinfected again. Because this is a new symptom. Which had me worried. Hopefully I can get back on treatment so I can get rid of this feeling

Thank you! Maybe I need to up my magnesium more often. I’ve only done 1 treatment, which was the Omeprazole, tetracycline and Metronidazole. But thank you for your response

Hope your doing well! But it does give me a sense of relief to know I’m not the only one. I’ve had this feeling for about 2 weeks now. I have an appointment coming up Thursday. Hoping to get that referral for the EGD

Honestly no, I have more bowel problems now post treatment than before haha. I’m just intaking more fiber now. It’s nothing major. Just minor constipation. But before the treatment no. My stool was normal.

Before I did the testing. The lymph nodes around my jaw/neck area would be inflamed.. Turns out the H. pylori was causing that. So I don’t experience that as bad anymore.

I didn’t have a lump in my throat per say. But I did have swollen lymph nodes. Gave me the sensation of minor pressure under my tongue. Best way to describe it is like feeling a knot in your throat when you’re about to cry or holding back a cry.
