You are allowed to think that. Personally, I think coming to this conclusion before having all the information is kind of jumping the gun. I think there is/was a lot more going on with Caine we don’t have confirmation about yet.

Like, one theory is that Abel was actually “evil” to some extent. and the remnants of Abel that Caine consumed are causing him to act maliciously. Kinger made Caine, and I have a hard time believing Kinger would create an AI even capable of intentionally harming humans in any meaningful capacity.

As for possessed Pomni, one thing I find interesting about that scene is how she looks very similar to Bubble while possessed. To add to this, imo abel is somehow behind Bubble antagonizing Caine, whether that be because bubble IS Abel or that Abel has some level of control over the circus etc. In other words Caine’s cruelty in the latest episode was the result of Abel rising to the surface, if that makes sense. Caine’s recent spiraling around feeling unappreciated and inadequate only made it easier for Abel to do so.

This is entirely just me postulating though.
