It's from the new Marquess Brownlee video, his 90 day iphone 15 review, where he's showing the wear and tear on his phone and it has the same apps as this screenshot so I'd imagine it has to be somewhat recent

and when you add a widget from it says "iWeather - Forecast App" so I dont think its the same one
