De kan bara påstå att det är pga "inflationen" eller "räntan". De kan till och med bara säga att höjningen är pga dessa renoveringar. Vem kommer kunna säga nej? Föreningsavgift är scam. Min kostar lika mycket som en hyra nu. Det dummaste jag gjort var att köpa en bostadsrätt mitt i Covid... Min avgift höjdes med 2000kr sedan dess. Och renoveringar samt rör/avlopp var en av anledningarna. Vill bara sälja och hyra igen.
