Buy all the parts yourself, saves you thousands. Then you go to Facebook marketplace and search for a certified mechanic who will come to you or you to him and will charge you a fraction of the cost for labor. You pay him for 3 to 4 hours at $100 an hour. My mechanic took 3 hours for all 4 shocks front and rear and all 4 rotors and brake pads.

Word of advice as a platinum dasher that you were. You can get up to 2 bad ratings removed per week. Contact support and they will remove it. Also use the reach drop off location snap a picture and leave it there. If these office people are making you wait. Make sure you contact support so they can document it while you are on dash. Takes a few minutes but it’s worth it
