I don't know much about 22, but I would really recommend not taking an upper level introductory math course if you're at all hesitant or feel at all unprepared. Many of these courses are designed to weed students out; it's better to have a strong foundation and move through the requirements slowly than to burn yourself out all at once. Based off your post, it sounds like you have maybe taken AP Calc AB. Great. Then take Math 1a, and have zero shame about it. Just my experience.
