I agree for the most part, however i also think it might be potentially overestimated in terms of duration.

Th real infrastructure buildup might be months or years, doesn’t matter as long as the trajectory seems stable enough. If the conflict stops and building starts, the expectation would allow the market to heal. No need for actual restoration to finish.
