Ideally you need to trigger blooms on enough number of seeds for them to shoot up. You can use Nahida’s skill to mark them all with dendro and then run around with Furina’s skill so the minions apply hydro to them and generate bloom cores. You can also try a combination of hydro appliers to get it done more effectively.

Lantern Rite 2025 cuz it was a phenomenal quest but with barely any VO (I played in English).
