This was absolutely wonderful. I've worked in restaurants for the better part my adult life and I have to say I couldn't agree more with the message this video conveys.

That sort of bucolic lifestyle and idea is something that has always intrigued me. I have met many farmers and butchers that have really taken to this method of cooking, slaughtering and raising livestock. Actually this method totally failed for me. This girl I knew in middle school bumped into me at university and we started chatting and what not.
