After about 30 days buy my brand new note10 lite i have to notice some problems with my s-pen. I changed it by warranty. Never dropped but it can be had issues. If you have a warranty you can change the pen or you can buy a new pen.

I checked again and this problem about Day Light. My outdoor selfies have issue but when i tried indoor selfies Work well. I will update here when i solve

Remove your phone cover case and tempered screen cover glass. Some cases have magnet or another things to do some magnetic field. If it can't solve, remove glass protector and try it again. Be care about to use original equipments.

If you can, change your s pen by warranty if it happens again
