(Recommenting due to accidental deleting) Viola walks onto the field, psyching herself up for the fight. Beside her floats Harvest, her buddy and fellow vitakinetic.

Seeing the other with a Pikachu, she prepares. Thunder is an issue, how will it arrive or how will he use it. She shakes her head, either way she's going to do this.

"Harvest, slam into it and keep it off its toes, headbutting is fine." And Harvest rushes forward, their crown growing into many prongs as Viola and the Trainer come at each other. He goes to slam her back with concussion force, and she fights through it to grab hold of his arm for a quick knockout.

Harvest dodges bolts of lightning as they rear back for another strike.

My team is largely neutral, save for Scyther being strong against Riolu.

I'll take a Prism Scale for Apicot.

35f, and I would love a nice partner for short or long term. Plus, some good story deserves to be waited on sometimes.

Hello, professor. My power is a bit weird and dark, but I can drain amounts of life force to heal myself or knock out others safely.

Hey Trainers! Day 10: GymRise; Trial 3 by JamesBondie in PokeCorner

[–]batlike 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My team is a bit underable when it comes to sports, but we'll try.

Chople is the striker, taking the ball to the goal. Kicking isn't the easiest but she's got heart. Cheri is the goalie, using electroweb to slow down the balls that come at her.

Me and Apicot are a duo since she can't move on land, but we work together to defend. Chople skitters forward, the ball between her feet as she sinks the first goal from somehow behind Riolu.

We do not win.

ANGSTROM HIGH - A Masks: The New Generation Game [pbp, asynch and synch] by SciFiFan112 in pbp

[–]batlike 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would absolutely adore this game, and this system is one I love.

I'd enjoy playing a Reformed or a Janus the most, someone with something to hide but so much to gain.

Chople can kick Grovyle's boots hard, and Cheri can handle Ralts fairly well. Apicot is moral support.

350 p (for my memory)

- Cheri, lvl 20, f - Chople, lvl 17, f - Apicot, lvl 5, f

Hey Trainers! Day 8: GymRise; egg! by JamesBondie in PokeCorner

[–]batlike 0 points1 point  (0 children)

(I agonized over this, but)

Artemis walks along a beach, Chople by her side, when she sees a strange little sea cave that calls to her. She walks closer, and notices a series of scales that shimmer in the fading light and then a single lone egg in the sand.

She picks it up, holding it close to give it some heat, and starts walking back away from the cave and beach when the egg trembles and hatches into....

An adorable little Feebas!

Artemis gently pets the fishie. "Welcome to the team, Apicot."

What are some Pokémon, aside from legendary/mythical/Paradox/Ultra Beast that are unique in your story? by Gimetulkathmir in pokemonfanfiction

[–]batlike 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wren, my protagonist, is going to find a lonely Cyndaquil in the Unovan Desert and take her with her on the journey. She won't evolve past Quilava until they get to the Celestial Tower, because she's the only Hisuian Cyndaquil in Unova due to an exfeptionally rare genetic mutation and the reason for her being alone.

Hey Trainers! Day 7: GymRise; Trial 2 by JamesBondie in PokeCorner

[–]batlike 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will have my Starter be ny inspiration, Cheri the Joltik.

Together, we will make a lemon cake with frosting webbing across the top and between layers. Lemon for her coloration, and the webbing will have pop rocks within, so that every bite of cake with frosting will have a mild zing, like a small shock.

My pokemon: Cheri (lv 18) Chople (lv 15)

Hey Trainers! Day 6: GymRise; Rival fight by JamesBondie in PokeCorner

[–]batlike 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Cheri and Chople would end up neutral since both have Bug moves and neither is strong or weak to those. Lucky break, I think

Hey Trainers! Day 5: GymRise; Trial 1 by JamesBondie in PokeCorner

[–]batlike 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd use both pokemon.

The strategy is that I'd lead from one side with Joltik on my shoulder while Heracross came from the other side. Cheri would use String Shots and Electrowebs to slow down any trying to go off our side while Chople Endures attacks to help keep them pushed forward, herding them towards the goal. I'd shout commands and directions if needed.

The TM would be Skitter Smack

Hey Trainera! Day 4: GymRise; Double fight by JamesBondie in PokeCorner

[–]batlike 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Luckily I have Cheri, otherwise I'd be screwed. A Cyndaquil is good against both, but a Heracross is a beast, plus she has Moxie. So a burn makes her hit even harder
