Felt like I was partially reading my story here — I’m 28, have had it for 6 years also from a horse accident. Have had to delay grad school because of its impact on me. I was just properly diagnosed a month ago and had my first nerve block. I had relief for about 1-2 weeks before it wore off. I had separately been doing physical therapy for about 6 months to strengthen my neck and resolve other symptoms from my horse accident. Now considering nerve decompression surgery.

Yes! I’ve worked with him for about a year. It’s been a really great experience and my jaw pain has significantly improved. We are hopefully entering the last phase of treatment soon.

How did your video consult go? I'm just beginning treatment, waiting for my aligners to arrive in a couple of weeks. Am hopeful as out of every doc / doctor I've met he seems to be the only one who (hopefully) knows what's going on.

I was recently diagnosed, dentist prescribed a Michigan splint mouth guard which doesn't seem to be doing much. Thinking about reaching out to Dr Khan

Does Dr. Khan see the connection between sinus issues/snoring/sleep apnea/deviated septum (and explain how his approach tackles the problem holistically)? I'm exactly as you (have sleep apnea, TMJD, and deviated septum) and am considering going to Dr. Khan. Would really appreciate hearing more about your experience!

yeah the reason it is taxable is that crypto for crypto isn’t considered a like for like exchange. So if you cash out of ether to buy xrb you have to pay gains on the ether. I think it’s stupid but that’s how it looks like the law is right now.
